Good afternoon Emerald Heights Families,It was a fun and busy week at Emerald Heights! Here are a few updates and celebrations from around our school.

🐄 1st Grade Barnyard Musical

A big shout out to our amazing 1st graders who performed the Barnyard Musical for us this week! From cows and pigs to farmers, chickens, and goats — they were absolutely adorable. It was such a fun performance and a great reminder of the joy and confidence our students build when they share their talents. Thank you to our 1st grade team for putting together such a wonderful show!

⭐ Classified Staff Appreciation Week

Next week is Classified Staff Appreciation Week, and we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible classified staff members who support our school every day. Our paraeducators, office staff, library clerk, kitchen staff, traffic supervisors, crossing guards, custodians, and many others are truly the glue that keeps Emerald Heights running smoothly. We could not do what we do without them! If you see one of our amazing classified staff members next week, please take a moment to thank them for all they do.

☘️ Leprechaun Grams

Leprechaun Grams will be on sale during lunch March 10–12. Students can purchase a gram for 25¢ to send a note to a friend at school.

🐾 Thank You WATCH D.O.G.S.

We are so thrilled and honored to have so many WATCH D.O.G.S. and father figures spending time in our school and being part of our students’ day. Your presence makes a difference, and we truly appreciate the time you give to our students and staff.

We are also so grateful for all of our volunteers. Emerald Heights would not be the wonderful place it is without such a strong and supportive community. Thank you for the time you give to our students and staff — you are an integral part of our school.
