Good afternoon, Emerald Heights Families,Thank you for another wonderful week! It has been so great to see so many of our families connecting with our school. We had an amazing turnout at both our first PTA meeting of the year and our WATCH D.O.G.S. Pizza Night this week. Seeing so many of you here, getting involved, and supporting our students makes such a difference. We are so fortunate to have this community! 💚
💚 Kindness at Emerald Heights
Next week, we will hold our September Hawk Assembly and celebrate our CharacterStrong focus on Kindness. Throughout the month, students have been talking about what kindness looks like at school, and our Equity Wall has filled up with wonderful examples of kindness from home. These have been so heartwarming to read!
We are also continuing to practice what it means to be an Emerald Heights Hawk by being Safe, Respectful, and Responsible. Our students and staff are working hard every day, and I am so proud of them!

Congratulations to Mr. Daniel’s 1st grade class, the winner of our PTA Membership Drive! 🎉 They have earned an ice cream sundae party!

Fundraising Planning Meeting: Monday, October 5, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. in the staff room. Anyone interested in helping with fundraising is welcome!

👕 Our Extra Clothes Closet Needs Your Help!
Our supply of extra clothing for students who need a change of clothes during the school day is getting low. If you are able to donate, we currently especially need:
- Boys' underwear: Extra Small and Small (new, please)
- Boys' and girls' pants: Sizes 5, 6, and 7
